Visitors and journeys
Explore individual RevKlik visitors: pseudonymous identity, step-by-step journeys, tags, notes, and conversions.
The Explore panel on the dashboard has two tabs: Users and Journeys. Both respect the active range, filters, and segments.
Users
The Users table lists recent visitors with:
- Visitor: avatar and display name with an event-count chip.
- Source: where the visit came from.
- Spent: total attributed revenue.
- Last seen: relative time plus seven days of activity dots.
Identity
Visitors without a known name get a deterministic pseudonym: the same visitor always resolves to the same colour-animal name (like cobalt quokka) and a matching avatar, generated from their visitor ID. Visitors with revenue get a Customer badge; identified visitors show their email, everyone else shows not identified.
Journeys
The Journeys tab shows the latest sessions as readable rows:
- a country flag and a source chip (UTM source, referrer, or direct),
- up to six step chips joined with arrows,
- an event count, and
- a green revenue badge when the session converted, or Exited.
The visitor profile
Click any user or journey to open the full profile, Journey · name:
- Identity card: avatar, name, Customer badge, email, country, city, device, OS, and browser.
- Parameters: custom event parameters, with sensitive values masked.
- Tags & Notes: add lowercased tags and a free-text note for your team; everything saves per visitor.
- Timeline: every event in order (Viewed page, Scrolled to 75%, Read section pricing, Clicked Sign up, Conversion: checkout with its revenue, Triggered event: …). Flip the order with Oldest/Newest first, or Copy to grab the journey as JSON.
Sorting
Use the sort toggle to order by Recent or by Events, handy for finding your most engaged visitors in a busy range.
