Is RevKlik privacy-friendly?

Yes. RevKlik is built to be privacy-friendly. Visitors appear under deterministic pseudonyms (names and avatars, not raw identifiers), custom event parameters with sensitive values are masked, and you can exclude your own devices and purge your past visits from Sites.

What events does the tracking script collect?

Pageviews, clicks, scroll depth, which page sections a visitor reads, custom events you trigger, and conversions (which can carry revenue). Internal heartbeat events are tracked for session health but hidden from the UI.

How do funnels work, and do I have to build one?

No. Funnels are derived automatically from the data-section markers on your pages. Add the attributes, and the scroll funnel appears. See funnels.

Where does revenue data come from?

Three places: conversions with a revenue amount, payment-provider webhooks (Midtrans, Xendit, Stripe, Lemon Squeezy), and marketplace orders (Shopee, Tokopedia). You can also import historical Polar orders.

Can I share my dashboard?

Yes: a read-only public dashboard link, an embeddable live widget, and scoped API tokens. See share and access.

Can I get my data out?

The dashboard’s export button downloads raw events for the current range and filters as CSV. API tokens with the analytics:export scope allow programmatic exports.

What’s the difference between Micro, Starter, and Growth?

Limits and features. Micro is free (1 site, 10K events/month); Starter and Growth raise the limits and token quotas; Growth additionally unlocks heatmaps, session recordings, revenue predictions, and AI insights. Details in billing.

How do I pay in Indonesia?

With QRIS (RevKlik opens a QRIS payment page and verifies your payment) or with a card through hosted checkout. Prices are in IDR (Rp 64.000 Starter / Rp 192.000 Growth per month), monthly, cancel anytime.

Can I import from another analytics tool?

Yes. Historical data can be imported from OneDollarStats (visitors, pages, countries, sources) and Polar (orders, customers, countries). See imports.

How does RevKlik know which Google searches perform best?

Connect Google Search Console under Integrations → Search and sync to pull clicks, impressions, CTR, and position per query.

Can my team use the same account?

Invite teammates from Settings → Team by email as Admin, Editor, or Viewer. Invitees need an existing revklik account.

How do I cancel?

Billing view → Cancel subscription → confirm. The plan stays active until the end of the period and simply doesn’t renew. See managing your subscription.
